Before booking your appointment

~ Spa Policies ~

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Frequent cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit.

We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you’re running late, please call/text the location of your appointment (contact info is on the brochure/email confirmation) with your name to hold your appointment. While we strive to stay on schedule, occasional delays may occur. Please allow extra time for your service.

If you are happy with your service, it is customary to tip 18–20% to service provider. Gratuities cannot be added to cards but are appreciated in cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.

To provide a peaceful environment for all guests, we would appreciate if you silence your phone and lower your voice while in the spa.

Minors under 18 must have written consent or be accompanied by a parent/guardian for spa treatments. For safety reasons, children under 8 not receiving services are not allowed in the spa.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to our staff or atmosphere. Prices, services, and promotions vary by location and may change without notice. Packages, series, and promos are valid only at the location offered. By continuing to use our services you have agreed to give consent to White Lotus Spa and White Lotus Spa’s staff to communicate with you over SMS, E-Mail, Phone, and any other means of “digital communications” for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment reminders, follow-ups, specials, and you are accepting any applicable data rate or transmission fees charged by your service provider as the result of this free service.

This is strictly for inhouse use with our working staff. They were informed that it’s part of the communication channel for the job and they will be automatically opt out when they quit or relieved of duty.

Remember to confirm the correct location and date/time during booking.
